Ahhhhhh, if you don't know or didn't follow the last Fighting the Fat Friday post- I am doing a 90 day work out program. And if you follow my other
blog, then you know- it's kicking my butt. The only thing I can actually say at this point in the game (I'm about 1/3rd the way through) is that I no longer hate the idea of actually
exercising. I can actually get myself to do it without too much whining in my head. I have only lost about 2 pounds and I'm not sure if I've lost any inches yet. This part is very frustrating, but I'm trying to stay positive. I'll keep you posted :)
